The Practical Hospitality Coach was an idea born from a love of the Hospitality industry, and a certain amount of frustration that there was still a general misconception that it was not a high-ranking reputable career choice.

As an experienced industry professional, who has also studied for a Degree in Hospitality Management and a Masters Degree in Conference & Events Management, I had noticed that there was a gap between the Academic theory and the practical skills that are required to work in this industry. I have created The Practical Hospitality Coach to help to bridge this gap, by providing training in practical skills, as well as mentoring and networking opportunities to offer a link between industry employees and employers.
